Mrs. Emma DAVIS, formerly of Browns Valley, died in Crawfordsville on Monday. Funeral services in the Christian Church there on Sunday afternoon were in charge of Rev. J.H. Wilson. A short service at the grave preceded burial in Maple Ridge. She was the daughter of Oliver and Charlotte McLoed. After her marriage to Rev. J.P. Davis, a Christian minister, she lived in various western states. She is survived by two sisters, Miss Sophronia McLoed of Crawfordsville and Mrs. Ellen Graham of Indianapolis; one brother, O.C. McLoed of Crawfordsville. - kbz
